Arrival

Plan to arrive on Friday, September 19 between 4:00 PM-5:30 PM and check in at our registration table, located inside one of the meeting rooms.  We will have your room key & a few other surprises.  Our opening session with dinner will begin at 6:00 PM.  If you will be arriving after 5:30 PM, please let us know and we will be sure to look out for you.

Accommodations

We will make all reservations with the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront.  Retreat activities will all take place at the hotel (Friday & Saturday).  We will conclude our retreat at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Zuni, VA on Sunday morning at 10AM for worship service followed by lunch in the fellowship hall.  We will close out the retreat there.

How Much Does the Retreat Cost?

Rate includes:​

  • Retreat materials

  • 5 Meals: Dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; and lunch on Sunday

  • Hotel reservation (for overnight guests)

Note: Commuter rates include everything listed above except the hotel reservation. Partial attendance rates are not available.

Commuter (no hotel room reservation needed)

Deposit: The $75 deposit is applied toward your total retreat cost and is NOT in addition to the published rates.

 

Balances: Any remaining balance is due no later than August 2, 2025. Rates offered by the hotel are not guaranteed beyond their deadline, and timely payment ensures we have adequate time to prepare for your arrival.

Check In

4 PM-5:30 PM

Be sure to arrive between these times.  If you are going to be late, please let us know so that we can have someone looking for you.  Greeters should meet you when you arrive at the hotel.  Follow the hallway to the left to our registration table.  There is no need to stop at the front desk.  We will have everything for you, including the schedule for the rest of the weekend.

Opening Session

6 PM

We will have our opening session & dinner in the ballroom.  You don't want to miss this!

We are able to do what we do because of the generous gifts of talent and time from women like you. Planning and preparation are essential, so being a part of a volunteer team is greatly appreciated!
