Arrival
Plan to arrive on Friday, September 13 between 4:00 PM-5:30 PM and check in at our registration table, located inside one of the ballrooms. We will have your room key & a few other surprises. Our opening session with dinner will begin at 6:00 PM. If you will be arriving after 5:30, please let us know and we will be sure to look out for you.
Meals Provided
4 meals--dinner Friday, breakfast & dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday
Accommodations
We will make all reservations with the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront. Retreat activities will all take place at the hotel as well. We plan to wrap up activities before noon Sunday, Sept. 15 so you will need to check out that morning. If you want to stay longer, we'll understand, but the retreat will be over until the next time.

How Much Does the Retreat Cost?

Commuter rates include everything but the hotel reservation. Rates for only attending a portion of the retreat are not being offered.

Commuter (no hotel room reservation needed)
$230 per person
Deposit: A $75 deposit to confirm your registration goes toward the total cost and is NOT in addition to the rates.
Balances: Any balance due, if not paid in full, is due no later than August 7, 2024. Rates offered by hotel are not guaranteed beyond their deadline. In addition, adequate time is needed to prepare for your arrival.
Friday's Schedule
Check In
4 PM-5:30 PM
Be sure to arrive between these times. If you are going to be late, please let us know so that we can have someone looking for you. Greeters should meet you when you arrive at the hotel. Follow the hallway to the left to our registration table. There is no need to stop at the front desk. We will have everything for you.
Opening Session
6 PM
We will have our opening session & dinner in the ballroom. You don't want to miss this!

We are able to do what we do because of the generous gifts of talent and time from women like you. Planning and preparation are essential, so being a part of a volunteer team is greatly appreciated!
If this is your first retreat, we would love for you to allow us to serve you and have you to enjoy your time without responsibilities.
